Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm PST will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends).

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Mailing Address

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please confirm your address before finalizing your order. The Mane Occasion is not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Please email address changes within 24 hours of ordering to info@themaneoccasion.com. Once shipped the purchaser will be responsible for acquiring a package redirect via USPS.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Mane Occasion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Mane Occasion will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Packages and Incorrect Orders

Please contact The Mane Occasion within 24 hours if you receive a damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email.

Return Policy

Any returns or problems that occur because of anĀ error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases where you the customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by shipping the unworn item to our warehouse.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided by the purchaser.
